EXTRA-CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES (ECA)

OMTA provides the education with wide range of extra-curricular activities (ECA) such as basketball, swimming, basic skills, debate, and presentation. OMTA aims to help your child build their skills outside of the classroom. Extracurricular activities are great for developing general academic and soft skills in addition to building skills within a specific discipline. For an instance, academic competition for exam strategies and sport for teamwork. Being involved in activities outside of school results in improving students’ social skills and help them to meet individuals whom they share interests with.

Orientation Session

This club comprises the main activities such as futsal, basketball, netball, badminton, ping pong and swimming. Training sessions are held at least once in a month. For some activities, teams will be sent to represent the school in tournaments and competitions. This club aims to offer its member the opportunity to practice sport and to maintain or improve physical ability and skills while providing enjoyment to participants.

Board Games Club

The board games club aims to expose our students to various board games such as chess, splendor, Manilla, Dixit, Tikki Topple and Scrabble. Board games play a very important role in child health and brain development. Board games held children develop logic and reasoning skills, improve critical thinking and boost spatial reasoning. It also entertains and bring children together through competitive and cooperative game play.
